Supreme Ct rules in favor of prolife freedom of speech

1) The U S Supreme Court ruled in favor of prolife activists:

"In Ohio, it’s a crime to make a knowingly or recklessly false statement about a political candidate or ballot initiative. The Susan B. Anthony List (SBA), a national pro-life group, criticized Rep. Steve Driehaus for voting for Obamacare, and by implication, taxpayer-funded abortions. The so-called health care reform law allows taxpayer-funded abortions. If someone votes for the law, he has, in essence, voted for taxpayer-funded abortions."

"The U.S. Supreme Court took on the case. With Justice Clarence Thomas writing the majority opinion, the court ruled today that the SBA and the Coalition have standing to bring the suit. Justice Thomas contended the groups face “a credible threat of enforcement” that chills speech."

"SBA List President Marjorie Dannenfelser told Life News that whether political speech is true or false “should be judged by voters, not government bureaucrats…It is beyond dispute that Obamacare contains multiple abortion-funding provisions.”

And : "David Cortman, senior counsel for Alliance Defending Freedom, said, “The First Amendment forbids government from acting as a ‘truth commission’ on matters of public debate. The U.S. Supreme Court has rightfully upheld the freedom of Americans to speak in accordance with their views by allowing them to challenge laws that silence them. The Susan B. Anthony List’s warnings about abortion funding in Obamacare were objectively true. If that fact was part of what cost this congressman his job, that’s because his constituents, like most Americans, reject taxpayer-funded abortion.”

"A national pro-life organization has gained a victory at the U.S. Supreme Court in its challenge to a state law it says restricts free speech. The justices unanimously ruled Monday (June 16) the Susan B. Anthony List (SBA List) had demonstrated that an Ohio prohibition on “false statement[s]” during an election campaign injured the pro-life organization. The SBA List and another organization thereby can go forward with their lawsuit, they said. The high court returned the combined case to a federal judge for a ruling in keeping with its opinion.

The SBA List ran ads during the 2010 election campaign asserting Rep. Steve Driehaus, a Democrat, voted for “taxpayer-funded abortion” when he supported the health-care reform law enacted earlier in the year. It also sought to rent billboards in his Ohio district to communicate that message. Driehaus, who described himself as pro-life, denied the measure funded abortions and filed a complaint with the Ohio Elections Commission. This is second article I have read that indicates abortuaries are changing their names to "wellness centers" to get funding and fool people.

They are ruthless, cut-throat sort of people. JESUS said to pray for those who persecute you [to give the Holy Spirit time to warn them in their spirit to repent]; so all prolifers, please pray that GOD HIMSELF takes up the banner and leads the fight to end abortion as a so-called right, and close those horrible killing centers.

I want to qualify this a bit. It has the abortionist talking also in the video and I am opposed to that publicity for evil but this article is interesting in that I think it is the first newspaper to label what's happening in the US as a "abortion war". Parents should not let vulnerable kids listen too or watch an abortionist give interview! 10) One of my own prolife blogs at https://save-the-baby-humans.blogspot.com was hacked yesterday by cyber-thugs who probably are on the payroll of that radical killing group Planned Parenthood who hires a hacking team to help them rig elections and hack into private computers for the purpose of censoring prolife speech. It took me almost 30 hrs to get it back, and much to-do to accomplish it. The enemies of human life are getting desperate if my own efforts and the blowback from them, is an example of what is happening everywhere. If you read US history [and you should] study the skirmishes that happened all up and down the Eastern seaboard in the run-up to the Civil War, and realize that those sort of skirmishes are taking place all across the US. I think there will be a civil war in the U S over abortion and I think it has already begun. The Telegraph news of UK has labeled it "the abortion war".

I have NEVER had blond hair even as a tiny child. Both of my daughters were very blond up until college, but their hair is also darker more like mine now. But I know for certain that one of the accomplices of DBP who lives in Colorado dyes her hair a platinum [false looking] blond because she's old and gray- headed if hair not dyed blond. That is a statement of fact relevant to an on-going investigation into who is using my name and identity. I have been reported as blond yet I have NEVER been blond and NEVER dyed my hair. Real Women Have Babies

Real women have babies;

yes they do.

They use their ovaries

and eggs

and mix them with sperm

the usual way

in their womb

and plant them there

in the soft cushy nest

of their inner part

and they water them

and they feed them every day

and watch with tender care

their every move,

and every bite

and every social contact

to avoid germs

and pollutants

and evil.

They watch their bellies grow

Big.

And bigger.

And biggest.

Til their sides pop

and stretch marks appear

and they feel as if

they will scream

from the weight

on their ribs and spine

and the pressure on their bladder.

But then,

suddenly,

nature takes its course,

and the laboring begins,

laboring to push baby

into the world,

alive and well,

and screaming lustily,

with outrage at,

being shoved through

a tiny channel,

into the very cold,

not 98 point 6 ,

from human body warmth,

And into the hands of sometimes

barely grasping ,

a wriggling, screaming baby.

And then.

O, my!

Then, motherhood instinct kicks

into overdrive,

And she sees her baby.

Her precious tiny reproduction

of herself and her man.

And her heart,

swells with joy,

and love,

til she feels

it will burst.

And she's overcome,

with emotion,

and love,

for her husband,

and for her baby

and relief.

Relief with a capital R.

Relief: her baby is born!

Relief: her baby is alive!

Relief: her baby is breathing!

Relief: her baby is proof,

that she is a,

WOMAN.

M is for mother,

mater,

mutter,

madre,

mere.

The one who brought us

into the world;

who endured the agony

of childbirth,

to bring us to the

light of day,

from the inner sanctum

of her womb.

The one who

wiped our bottoms;

and our noses;

and got up at 2 am

for nightly feedings.

And watched over us

like a hawk

watches a chicken,

ready to swoop in,

at break-neck speed

if need be

to rescue her darlings

from brink of disaster.

Mother.

A synonym for self-sacrifice;

for never putting one's self,

first on the list

for needs fulfillment;

but instead, in

last position.

The last one to bed at night,

the last one to eat,

the last one to receive anything,

when the budget

cannot be stretched

another cent.

Mother.

The woman who conceived us,

birthed us,

bathed us,

fed us,

cried with us,

and for us.

Mother.

The woman who sewed

clothes for us,

because she couldn't

afford to buy them.

And cut our hair,

and permed it.

And made us

wear our "Sunday clothes"

to worship THE LORD,

and brush our hair,

and our teeth,

And 'sit up straight".

Mother.

The woman who said,

"do you want your face

to freeze like that?"

when I stuck-out my tongue

at my brother.

Mother.

the woman who,

when she was

really, really, REALLY,

MAD

at something we'd done.

would tell us,

"go to the tree

and get a switch."

And then she'd

strike our legs and bottoms,

with it,

a few firm swats,

And then she'd say,

"the next time I tell

to behave,

remember this."

My mother MJBP died

four years ago.

And as I arrived,

at her house in Georgia

where my siblings

were gathered,

one of her best friends

in life,

called on telephone

and asked to speak

to me.

And said,

"Gloria. You have lost

the best friend

you ever had.

Your mother

prayed for you.

And asked me

to pray for you

also.

And I did.

I wanted you to

to know this."

The shock

one feels,

when one's mother

passes away,

often cannot be

put into words.

The utter sense

of desolation,

feels bottomless,

for a long,

long,

long,

time.

Endless grief,

endless sorrow,

. orphan status.

Honor your mother,

The Bible says,

in Exodus 20:12,

that your days,

may be long,

on the earth.

Honor your mother,

for the most precious

gift of all,

the gift of life,

. she gave you.

If you had a poor

mother,

who could never give you

material things,

but birthed you,

fed you, bathed you,

. diapered you,

she did all,

that GOD requires

of women,

according to Genesis 3:16.

If she didn't

murder you

in the womb,

be grateful

to GOD;

that you lived

through the

womb time,

and honor your mother

that she chose life.
