#Prolife activists in the U S are treated much as the abolitionists were treated in that century. Getting the civil liberty of the right to life as guaranteed by the founding documents of the U S is the THE civil rights battle of THIS century. The First Amendment is for all U S citizens. Quoting it:
"AMENDMENT I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances." And the 14 th Amendment would cover the preborn humans in the U S Supreme Court had any moral Justices on it. Quoting it:

SECTION 1.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. It is imperative that Christians realize they cannot be both Christian and democrat. The democratic party platform is from the devil. It opposes every word of GOD in The Bible. Who opposes GOD? The devil according to scripture all through-out the Bible. In the next federal election, the U S has to vote PROLIFE candidates into office, for the good of the nation.
