This means that the Fourteenth Amendment should automatically include unborn humans and define them as persons.

Brandy Bottone, 32, was given the $275 (£231) ticket on 29 June after she was stopped by police in the US state. "A judge in Mississippi has rejected a request from the state's only abortion clinic to temporarily block a ban on almost all abortions. It means that - providing there are no further legal developments - the ban will take effect on Thursday with the clinic closing the day before. The ban can come into force because the Supreme Court overturned the landmark Roe v Wade ruling last month."

More good news for baby humans: Texas punishing killers of babies:
"In Texas, that means a trigger law, House Bill 1280, will soon criminalize abortion at any time after fertilization. The ban will take effect 30 days after the final judgment in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization is issued, which will be about a month after the opinion’s release, according to Emily Berman, a constitutional law professor at the University of Houston Law Center. The trigger ban will make performing an abortion a felony, subject to penalties of up to life in prison and a fine of at least $100,000.
... a 1925 Texas law outlawing abortions is currently in effect. The penal code makes performing an abortion punishable by two to five years in prison and a fine between $100 and $1,000.
Another Texas law, Senate Bill 8, also known as the Texas Heartbeat Act, will continue to exist alongside the trigger law and the 1925 ban. The law, which went into effect on Sept. 1, 2021, bars abortions after a fetal heartbeat is detectable, about five or six weeks from a person’s last period. The suits under SB 8 award a minimum of $10,000 to the person bringing the case..."

Anyone who has followed public policy on the attempts by righteous states to end the heinous crime of mass slaughter of unborn humans, knows that words matter. For Justice Alito, and The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit to state they recognize that humans developing in the womb are humans and legal persons means there is a paradigm shift in the United States and thank God! The focus in the debate has shifted to the humanity of the human being in the womb of the mother, instead of to the mother. That is a real turning point because civilized nations do not allow the stronger to murder the weaker, nor the wicked to murder the innocent. These rulings are really going to turn the tide for these " United" states. The wicked may march in the streets and gnash their teeth but the premeditated murders of millions of human babies is coming to an end. People like me who have worked and prayed tirelessly for 30 years or more to create legal protection for the tiniest, most defenseless humans i.e. those in utero, are very grateful that God has done a great thing in turning the hearts of the fathers to their offspring as promised in the Old Testament. I am thanking God that bold and righteous men are standing up and being counted as acknowledging that the U S must not be a nation that methodically slaughters its coming generations.
It is also time for the U S Dept of Education to correct its textbooks and to begin to teach human development to all ages as the science that it is; and to remove from all schools all representatives from killing centers such as "Planned Parenthood" . That name is a euphemistic name because they never planned for anyone to be a parent and they have as evil an agenda as the Nazi gas ovens were--to annihilate the " unwanted" .
