Please remember also that these United States are a REPUBLIC which means we elect people to Congress who debate the issues and cast their votes. A REPUBLIC is based upon written laws that were decided before hand. The U S Constitution is "the land of the land"by its own authority and the amendments to it specifically define the liberties [also called "rights"] of its citizens. Specifically the 14th amendment should cover humans in the womb because humans are persons and persons are human:

Note in video at end of it says that Pastor Craig Locke was banned from [atheist] Twitter for expressing religious beliefs which our U S Constitution gives citizens the right to do. I was also suspended from Twitter and no cause was ever given me but I am reasonably certain it was because I tweeted PROLIFE news/events/ beliefs during a federal election, which I have authority to do.
