"Quote from :SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — It is legal for South Dakota to require doctors to tell a woman seeking an abortion that she has a legal relationship with her unborn child, a federal appeals court ruled Friday." + this wonderful quote:
"In August 2009, Schreier ruled that doctors must make the biological disclosure "that the abortion will terminate the life of a whole, separate, unique, living human being," which the 8th Circuit said was required."

And from Reuters News this evening also this quote:
:"An Arizona appeals court, in a victory for abortion opponents, tossed out an injunction on Thursday that blocked key parts of a 2009 Arizona abortion law from taking effect.
A three-member panel of the Arizona Court of Appeals ruled that a lower court judge was wrong in halting provisions of the controversial law, which includes a mandate that women seeking abortions receive in-person counseling by a doctor at least 24 hours in advance." And the article says that the other provisions that are allowed are parents being required to give written consent for a minor to have an abortion ; that only medical doctors can do abortions, and that health care professionals including medical doctors can refuse to participate in an abortion.
Thanks to the Arizona Court of Appeals and to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals for these decisions. These decisions help save the lives of tiny defenseless humans in their natural environment for the first nine months of their lives in the womb. I am grateful for these very important decisions, and pray they give courage to the other 48 states .
